I appreciate artists who fearlessly venture into new sonic territories from one release to another. Hexwave's exploration of ambient and downtempo electronica is truly captivating, but what sets this apart is the deliberate insertion of chaotic and noisy moments, leaving no questions about who's the mind behind the machines.
